Questions

Is it private?

Yes. Your photos are stored on your iPhone and backed up only to your own private iCloud account, which we can't access. Lining up photos and matching the light all happen on your phone. BUILT never asks for access to your photo library. Privacy policy

Do I need a subscription?

No. BUILT is free to use, and new styles unlock as you keep checking in. BUILT Pro unlocks everything at once (plus extras like Face ID lock and no watermark), with a 7-day free trial.

What is the AI goal preview?

An optional picture of a realistic goal, made from your Day 1 photo and clearly labeled AI. Your Day 1 photo is sent to a third-party AI (OpenAI) only if you tap it. Nothing is stored on our servers; the preview is saved only on your phone.

Do I have to take a photo every day?

No. Check in on your own schedule: after workouts, every morning, or once a week. Each day you take a photo counts as one check-in.

Can I add photos I already took?

Yes. Pick them in Apple's photo picker and BUILT lines them up with your Day 1, using the date each photo was taken.
