Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Sola Studios LLC ("we", "us") about using the BUILT app. By using BUILT, you agree to them. We've kept them in plain English.

Who can use BUILT

You must be at least 18 years old to use BUILT.

Apple's terms apply too

BUILT is downloaded from the App Store, so Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms and Apple's disagree, these terms win where the law allows. Apple is not responsible for BUILT or for supporting it.

Subscriptions (BUILT Pro)

• Billing. BUILT Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trials. If you start a free trial, it turns into a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Cancelling. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds. Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. You can ask Apple for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may change. Any price change follows Apple's rules and notices.

Not medical advice

BUILT is a photo app. It is not a medical device and doesn't give medical, nutrition or fitness advice. Talk to a doctor before you change your diet or start a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition. Measurements and comparisons in the app are estimates from photos and may be wrong.

AI goal previews

AI goal previews are made by an AI model and are for illustration only. They are not a promise or a prediction of how your body will look. Results depend on many things, and everyone's body changes differently.

Your photos and content

Your photos, clips and anything else you create in BUILT stay yours. We don't claim any ownership. You only give us the limited permission needed to run the features you choose, for example sending your Day 1 photo to make an AI goal preview when you ask for one. See our Privacy Policy for what leaves your phone.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their permission, or of anyone under 18;
• use BUILT for anything illegal, harmful or harassing;
• try to break, reverse engineer, overload or get around the app's limits or security, including the AI goal server;
• resell or redistribute the app or its content.

We may stop providing features to anyone who breaks these rules.

The app itself

BUILT, its design, styles, logo and software belong to Sola Studios LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Disclaimers

BUILT is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the app will be error-free, always available, or that alignment, measurements or AI previews will be accurate. Please keep your own backups of photos that matter to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sola Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, from your use of BUILT. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for BUILT in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. Using BUILT after a change means you accept the new terms.
